  Nice hotel for business trip

  Stayed in this hotel for three days. nice plys to have rest, Very quiet. good breakfast. However a bit far from downtown. One can take tram (about 15-20 minutes) or taxi (10 minutes) which is cheap in compariosn with MOscow to get there. Very polite and hhospitable staff. Will come again if required a stay in Ekaterinburg.

  Nice hotel for business trip

  Nice hotel fro business trip if you have something to do on NE of Ekaterinburg. Friendly staff, good breakfast, quiet and clean rooms. A bit far from city centre but it takes 20 min to gey there by taxi. Will return in case of next trip to Ekaterinburg.

  Very good hotel Staff are great and helpful Speak english very well which is rare in russia Room is good for the price Close neighborhood is the only disadvantage Not very close to the stadium so yandex is needed Like the staff alot

  Confortable

  The zone is good near the lake to take a walk, and everything is near, the City is clean and the staff very nice people, specialy Yania or something, who picked up from the airport, and always sent a email to remenbered my reservation.

  Winter in Ekaterinburg

  This hotel needs some small adjustments to easily become much better. What I didnt like is that the room key cards often didnt work, so it was necessary to go to the reception and ask to get it reprogrammed. And I would have appreciated if the towels and bead-sheets were changed a bit more often. Also the restaurant was very slow with the meals, seems that there is only one chef working, so once had to wait more than an hour and a half once for a steak! The staff was the best part, as they were all very nice and friendly. Always with a smile on their face and ready to help in any way I needed. Had some useful help from a receptionist named Evgeny, and very nice assistance in the restaurant by Yana.
