  Top apartment at top location. 30 sec away from the beach with car. Beautiful view from the apartment to see the sea from the hills . Big car parking around the place , quiet location , super friendly host and the apartment is super clean and have everything inside for a comfortable stay. Split center is about 20min away with car. Many little shops in the area and good restaurants. It was already my 5th time and for sure not my last time. Also pet friendly host.

  Rooms with a view

  Top quality personal service from the very friendly owner. Nothing was too much trouble. Modern, well equipped ensuite bedrooms with a useful kitchenette/diner/lounge. All kept very clean and tidy. Highlight for us was sitting out on the lovely balcony and watching the sun go down over Split in the distance (or a very dramatic electric storm on one occasion). Easy access to beach, local shops and bus service to Split or Omis. You just need to be prepared to walk up the hill to the Villa. We had a superb holiday and were very appreciative of how we were looked after.

  Beautiful view

  This is a seventh time we spend ouwer holliday at Vila Lavanda and it is always perfect.The rooms are new and very clean .The view from room is perfect you can see the Deoklecians City Split ,island olta,Bra and iovo.The most beautiful is sunset I cant discribe with the words you must see it and have expirience it. The owner and his family are very helpful and very friendly.The nights are so quiet and you can rest to the max. The Vila Lavanda I reccomended to family with a kids . Vila Lavanda is the perfect choise for your holliday.

  An absolutely beautiful apartment, the view from the balcony was stunning with sunsets and sea view.  Great location, beach within walking distance. The kitchen is very well stocked with a great selection of utensils. Convenient for a car, big parking right next to villa. Regular cleaning of apartment and great host with welcome drink at the check in! A big recommendation!
