Top place to stay whilst in Brisvegas

Front desk so helpful. Plus plus for their service. We had a Deluxe studio room as part of our package. Hot weather aircon not working great on return from day out to book in. Front desk found a new room with a balcony, Air con much improved , access to outside via balcony a plus. Thanks so much for the obliging front desk. Breakfast in Lambert's great. Some restrictions regarding Covid. No shuttle bus from motel. All a setback when on holidays now with Covid. New room comfortable ,bed excellent. Air con improvement. Bathroom though dated & not as flash as other units available. But Great pool. Complimentary parking, a bonus. (Get a room with a balcony a must.)

    Romantic Getaway

The Point did not DISAPPOINT!!! From the moment we stepped foot into the foyer, we were greeted with friendly, helpful staff! Upon entering our room, we didnt have a balcony (which we love), phoned guest services who changed our room to one with a balcony, no questions asked! The restaurant onsite is amazing, highly recommend! We will definitely be back! This night away was given to us as a gift and we couldnt fault it, thank you for a wonderful stay!

    Another Enjoyable Stay

This hotel is now my go to in Brisbane. The Luxury escape deals prove better value than my Accor membership deals. My sister and I had two nights here, rooms side by side with balconies. Huge clean rooms. Separate air conditioning units in the lounge and bedroom. Enjoyed drinks at the rooftop bar. Also a very enjoyable meal at Lamberts Breakfast options limited due to covid unfortunately. My sister is a big pancake fan so we asked if these were available at all however unfortunately to be told the chef said no. All staff are extremely helpful. A few standouts were Hans in the restaurant, Hannah at front desk, Kerin in Lamberts and Rhys at Eagles Nest. You all make us feel welcome as return guests. Minor things were pool gate not unlocked one morning and on one occasion no pool towels. I thoroughly enjoy staying here and already have 3 bookings for this year including next weekend. Bringing a friend to show my favourite hotel. Only thing I would suggest is perhaps offer complimentary early check in if the room is by chance ready. Looking forward to being spoilt again next weekend for my early birthday celebration. Thanks to all of your caring staff.
