  "DID NOT ENJOY OUR STAY"

The hygiene was absolutely terrible. The bed sheets were soiled and many lights were not functioning properly. The staff were not wearing masks or taking necessary precautions and room service took a lot of time. The staff do not clean the rooms without being told multiple times. The hotel had safety issues. The rooms are relatively small and hot water was not available. Although the food was good (though there were not too many options) our overall experience was not. I would not come back in the foreseeable future.

  Terrible Experience

The hotel rooms and washrooms are not up to the mark as shown in the website. The towels provided are very dirty doesnt even look properly cleaned or sanitised. The hotel staff is not aware of how to activate the keys, our key was deactivated and post that the hotel staff was not able to provide any keys to us. Breakfast quality is also not upto the mark.
