  Buen Precio

  Por el precio, es un lugar bastante aceptable. Esta muy bien ubicado, cerca del mercado nocturno y a unas 600 metros de la playa. Sin embargo esa playa no es muy linda. Hay que alejarse unos 1000 metros mas de esa bajada. El desayuno es aceptable, al estilo Tailandes. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero confortables y limpias. El unico detalle que no nos gusto es que la pileta cierra a las 5 de la tarde.

  Spacious room in town centre, good value.

  The Hotel entrance is small on a side road and easy to miss the narrow alley leading to the hotel car park. Its in a nice quiet area, about 15 mins walk from the beach. Its located near the night market with many shops and restaurants. The rooms may be a bit dated but are clean and spacious, we stayed in the deluxe rooms at a very reasonable 1500 baht a night inlcuding breakfast. Bathroom was spacious with a shower and bath. The room had a sofa infront of the TV with a small balconcy with a restricted view of the the town. Found the staff very polite and helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

  Delapidated old B&B

  Dark and dingy run down B&B posing as a hotel, terrible air conditioning, old noisy units that keeps you awake at night, temperature is uncontrollable, either to cold or to warm. No safety boxes in superior rooms, it's 2019?? The only plus points I found where the location which is very central, very close to night market, night life and only 5 minutes from the beach and the two nice swimming pools which is very rare for a city centre hotel in Hua-Hin. I paid £27 (1000 baht) per night for a not so superior room without breakfast. In my opinion it should cost no more than £15 per night.

  Great potential but needs a lot of work!

  The hotel has a verry Nice location, 2 Nice swimming Pools, rooms are spacious, the staff is verry Nice and helpfull. But it needs a lot of work.... Rooms and Doors need some Paint, de bathroom needs to be cleaned thoroughly there is black fungus on the shower head, in the Grooves of the shower and wall.. The water in the swimming pool felt greasy.. This hotel could be really great.. but the owner needs to invest in repairs and cleaning. Overal i enjoyed my stay in this hotel. And i hope this input helps improve this hotel for the Future!

  Old n Dark

  The furniture is old. The hotel is dark. I will not stay here next time. The staff are nice but the room is so old and the condition is very poor. Don't stay at this hotel... other than near to the beach there is not any positive about this hotel. My kids said that at night time something or someone knocking at their door.
