  Very nice place, the owners are first rate!

  If you are in this town it is probably to catch a ferry to somewhere else. I totally recommend this hotel. Clean, many bakeries and supermarkets just down the street. Walking distance to the domestic ferry port and a short taxi ride or bus ride to the international port. A beautiful pedestrian/commercial area in easy walking distance with restaurants and shops. Everything about this hotel was great, but the owners. The owners were great +! If you are looking for a really nice value for money no headache well located hotel choose this one.

  Kind staff.

  I stayed just one night at the Stavrodromi, as I imagine many people do, as it is in the port town of Igoumenitsa, and a stopping off point for the ferries to Italy or Corfu. I was catching an early ferry to Italy, and the owner very kindly gave me a lift to the port at 7am!!. It would have been a very long walk with a heavy suitcase... The hotel is 'you get what you pay for'...It is basic, but clean, and centrally located. It has a taverna attached, which cooks traditional Greek food, and I enjoyed a lovely Beef stew, cooked in tomatoes, Greek style... The man on the reception was polite and helped me upstairs with my bag,and it was he who gave me the lift next morning. I would recommend the hotel to anyone on a budget, even if they were staying more than one night in Igoumenitsa.

  Well worth staying at.

  We only stayed the one night at this hotel, but to have the owner meet you at the ferry (which was running 3.5hrs late and arrived at midnight) on his motorcycle was wonderful service. We could not have asked for more, as we were a bit concerned about finding our way to the hotel that we booked. Then to be given a nice meal at 1am was an added bonus. The hotel provided good value for money rooms & breakfast (the only fresh orange juice in the whole of our European trip). Would recomend to anyone.

  Very nice hotel not far from the ferry port :)

  It is a good place to visit Igoumenitsa, not far from the port and centre of the town. The owners are very kind and helpful people. The meals are also good and to recommend. Nearby there are many shops, You can buy all You need.

  Very friendly and good value

  The host stayed up to greet us from a late ferry arrival and provided everything we asked for , including an early breakfast the next day. It is not very luxurious but makes up for that with warmth and charm. It is close to the port.
