  Its a shame if this is one of the best in Nalchick !

  The hotel in general is okay but if I ever think of going I'll find else where. I dont know where to begin ! First of all if you are on a BUDGET make sure you book rooms on the 7th floor because they are definitely better than the 6th. Some rooms only have a fan (No air conditioning) and those rooms are bad! Usually when you stay in a hotel you get a good feeling but for me staying in Sindica made me wanna leave! Room CLEANING only means changing sheets and towels they dont clean the floors or bathrooms!!! You have to wait a day for anything to get cold in the fridge. LOCATION is the only good thing because it is near Abkhazia square and Nalchick garden( Lenena Street), you can take a cab for almost 1.50 $ and you get where ever you want if you want a mercedes or any brand you pay around 2.5 $. I dont recommend this hotel I think renting a flat is better and even cheaper.

  Good, needs some work!

  Ok, so this is one of the high end hotels in Nalchik, which you might find surprising when you first walk in. While it could be better and needs some revamp, yet our stay here was extremely enjoyable. The staff were friendly, they spoke English and could arrange our cabs for us (and almost everything else), which was more of a hassle when we had to do it on our own because no one else spoke English (& here I salute google translate). But really, they have a great pool, a great masseuse, and it's a walking distance from the park and the shops. What I would change, maybe the decors and the breakfast buffet. Would i stay there again, yes.

  An OK place for a quick stay

  When assessing the place, one should bear in mind the general scarcity of places to stay in Nalchik. Basically, the hotel has what one would need for a stay, but don't expect too much comfort. Maybe for extra money, I'm not sure. I know majority of Nalchik visitors stay here, so it should be considered one of the best places to stay. I know at least a couple of alternatives that are by far worse than this :)

  One of the biggest hotels, but not brand new

  The hotel is nice, they provide alot of services especially the Medical Spa, I loved it. The rooms are still not renewed but the service and the staff are great thats why I gave this rating. The location is not far from the central, anyway Nalchik is not a big city, but its close to the main big park and the beautiful lakes. Enjoy your stay

  Russia large hotel

  Built for the tourism of people that want to relax and cure with thermal therapies, this large hotel is an old structure, russian style. The ladies are the lobby work like in the soviet system, check in is a good 15 minutes per person, No one smiles. Flexibility at the front desk is none. The guy at the bar is sleeping at 11 pm behind the bar. A front desk lady keeps playing with her smartphone while me and my colleague are searching for help. The breakfast is the same miserable show we could see in the old soviet style hotels of the big cities.
