  Fantastic room, but some minor flaws.

  I got a socalled business room when I stayed et this hotel and it was amazing. Basically a suite With seperate living room, bedroom, huge bathroom and a toilet. There were all kinds of amenities in the room and even a massage chair even though I never figured out how to work it. There was a computer with internet, but everything was in Chinese so I did not understand a thing. There was so much storage space that I had a hard time locating the correct drawer for the hair dryer. One of the most comfortable and luxurious rooms I have ever stayed in. However. The hotel so have some flaws. No English TV-channels and none of the people at the front desk spoke English. I was here for business and spent two days in a Meeting room at their Conference floor. The Meeting room it self was good and also had Wifi, but the toilet facilities consisted of only the chineese style hole in the floor kind of toilets and as the floor was not a non smoking floor the hallways were covered in smoke. As there was no Wifi in the room, I decided to spend an evening at the floor labeled "business Club" in the elevator. I figured a business Club would have Wifi and other office facilities. Boy was I wrong. Turns out that "business Club" was basically a gentlemens Club with red lights and everything. Beeing a woman, Naturally I was not very welcome. The breakfast was typically asian with no westen alternatives, but that was expected gived that there were not a lot of westen tourists in this city. The city is huge and extremely poluted so walking outside was really uncomfortable.

  Don't go!

  I booked a business double room for my parents a day before. 1) Hotel couldn't find the booking when they arrived to check in. 2) The business room I booked turned out to be a dirty, smelly and ugly room. Business costs more than a regular room. 3) When my parents demanded for another ( cleaner) room, they gave them a regular room with extra 200RMB charge !' 4) When I called the reception asking them to transfer my call to my parents room, they could not find my mum's name on their system.
