PROS & CONS
PROS 1. The staff is very friendly. 2. The swimming pools are huge. 3. Usually, main courses are good. CONS 1. We arrived and there was no record of us in the system. 2. The bedroom did not have electricity, and was not fixed the day after. 3. We were told everything in the fridge was free, there was one bottle of water, one of cola (fake Coca-Cola), one of lemon (fake Sprite), one of orange (fake Fanta). No beer, no wine, no whiskey, no snacks, etc. 4. The spa is 80% charged and the quality is really bad. The jacuzzi has absolutely no bubbles, the sauna has limited temperature and is very noisy (families go with their kids). 5. At breakfast, they charge you 2 Euros for an orange juice, which by the way is mixed with artificial juice. 6. Out of dozens of staff they have, only one person speaks English; the rest, only Turkish and German. No Spanish, no Portuguese, no Italian, no French. 7. All the stores inside the hotel sell illegal/fake products. 8. The receptionists gives you only one key to enter the room. The property is huge, so you have to find your partner all the time to go back "home". 9. They call it "All Inclusive Plus", and the difference is that you can get drinks and pastries 24hs. Now, the drinks are all fake, horrible, gasless, and the food is very limited. You'll not be able to get a burger at 2am, or a real Coca-Cola at any time. 10. I could not believe this. There are cats all over the hotel. I could possibly understand to have them outside, but not inside the restaurant, walking between your legs. Unacceptable. 11. If you are planning to watch a movie through the internet at night, forget it. The signal goes very low. Plus, plenty of sites are forbidden, i.e.: Wikipedia. 12. The TV in the bedroom is like a mini computer screen and all channels are either in Turkish or in German. As plenty of other advisors wrote, this is definitely not a five stars' hotel; maybe when it comes towards the size of the property, but the service is bringing the stars to generously 3.

Very nice
Our best holiday. Very nice hote, clear room. Staff very friendly. Very good food and sweets, fruits. Very nice beach and also very good beach bar. Super animation every day.(Lyudmila is no.1). Family friendly hotel. Good shopping in Manavgat.

A wonderful experience!
Hotel was quiet because they have just opened for the season. Amazing food and the beach bar is the best that I've ever been to! Barbeques everyday and just a 5 minutes walk to beach. Room are clean and they have a tube but old fashioned. Disco is just open on mon wed and fri and no show so nights were pretty boring but the swiming pools are amazing!

Very bad hotel
I booked a room today It was horrible Air conditioning not working. No one coming to repair it You have to pay for safe box in your room Very bad receptionist , cant speak english I dont know who had the positive feedback They said full board but when u see the fridges only contain water and 2 juice

freindly place
great price vs quality ratio. Clean, friendly stuff. Good food. Not more than what one would expect for cheap price compared to other spa resort in the area - hence the 'average' rating from my side. I was satisfied with the service.
