    Para sentirse como en casa

    Hemos estado 6 dias en Zetmatt alojados en el hotel Rex y nos hemos sentido muy comodos y relajados.La situacion en rl pueblo es perfecta,muy centrico y a la vez en una zona muy tranquila.Ademas en recepcion esta Britta con su permanente sonrisa y su amable profesionalidad,deleitandonos con su buen español que en un lugsr como Zermatt en el que practicamente nadie lo habla,gur un lujo para nosotros. El hotel cuenta con un spa muy coqueto que hace las delicias de adultos y niños. La habitacion que nos toco era amplia,calida y acogedora Los edredones son envolventes como si estuvieses en un nido.Tambien contaba con una cocina que tenia todo el menaje necesario y que con niños es muy necesaria. Podiamos consultar todis los fias la climatologia en la television instalada en recepcion y ver las webcam de todas las zonas.En definitiva nos sentimos como en casa.

    Buen Hotel

    Un hotel familiar, amb bon gust, gran spa i piscina, centric, bon buffet, el millor sens dubte la qualitat i tracte, pero a destecar la situacio y vistes sobre el matterhorn tornarem!! un hotel familiar, con buen gusto, un gran spa, centrico, buen buffet y lo mejor mucha calidad en camas y servicios, la guinda es que en la parte frontal puedes divisar el pedazo de montaña más mitica del planeta, saludos.

    Perfect Weekend Getaway

    We spent two wonderful nights and days enjoying this very comfortable hotel. Between its delicious breakfast, excellent dinne,r and perfect location in the heart of Zermatt, the setting reminded me of what a vacation is again. We arrived quite late but were able to easily grab a taxi from the train station and the staff was always very open and willing to help with any question we might have.

    Excellent! Unforgettable stay:)

    I stayed at Hotel the Rex for 5 days and we received a very warm welcome which was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check in took only a few minutes which we appreciated. The ambience of the hotel the Rex was very relaxing. The room was on the top floor and very spacious. The pictures of the hotel were as imagined. There was even a balcony in the room with chairs, which we enjoyed using to relax in the evening. The double bed was very comfortable and had a good mattress. The hotel has its own baker who treated guests to fresh and delicious bread every day. The food & breakfast was excellent. The hotel has also a really cool bar. The drinks were visually and tastefully appealing. The hotel has a huge spa area with bio sauna, regular sauna & steam room area. We were able to really relax and feel comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent and is right in the middle of town. I was able to rent my ski equipment directly across the street at the hotel, which is also very helpful and saved me a lot of time and stress. Last and most important point: cleanliness. I am a very pedantic person when it comes to hygiene and can say with a clear conscience that the hotel was hygienic and clean at the highest level. The bathroom was very clean, as was the rest of the rooms. The hotel is spotlessly clean right down to the last corner. I did not see a single crumb on the floor. We are very excited and will be very happy to come back. Last but not least, I would like to mention that the price/quality ratio is very good.

    perfect Covid Escape

    We really enjoyed our stay at the Rex. The breakfast with bread from the in-house bakery and the beautiful Spa were two of the many highlights. At the Rex we finally had the chance to completely relax and just enjoy it.
