Un lugar tranquilo y perfecto para visitar el norte de Italia
El Siloe es un hotel-residencia, junto a un gran parque perfecto para pasear con un parking justo enfrente. Como base de operaciones para visitar Como, Venecia, Bergamo etc.... El capuchino del desayuno ideal.

Dont be put off by the other reviews..
We booked this on a Groupon deal for a three stop visit to Italy. The deal was extremely cheap but for the money it was actually really easy to get in and out of Milan. The Tram stop is at the bottom of the road & the number 4 tram takes you direct to the Castillo in about 30mins. You can also change at the Marcheggio 3 stop to get the metro to and from the Central Station in Milan. It is basic but its safe & clean and the staff we lovely. They also directed us to an amazing local pizza place full of Italians and an absolute bargain for food & wine.

Travelled to watch football with friends.
Matched expectations for price. Very clean. Outside of centre but when willing to walk 15 minutes to metro it's no problem. Continental breakfast matched expectations. Would use again for similar trip.

Three star elderly residence
This trip was supposed to be a surprise birthday get away for my partner's 33rd birthday organised by weekend breaks. We had intended to stay for two nights but due to our disappointment with the apartment we cut this short. We were informed that it is a 4 star apartment, however we would disagree and rate it as a 3 star elderly residence. What we didnt like: - The decoration in the room is very outdated. - We were provided with single beds despite being a couple. Although I had contacted the hotel via email weeks in advance to request for a double bedroom. - The mattresses on the bed were also soft. - The location of the apartment is far to travel to from the airport, over a hour away, with no transfers. - The room also had dust and spiders webs in the corners. - The pressure from the shower was low. - Breakfast provided was limited to, bread croissants and fruits. What we did like: - The staff were friendly and had good English. - In our apartment we had a balcony, this would have been nice to have gone out onto if the weather was hot. - We had requested for a later checkout from 10am to 12, which was agreed in advance. - The staff were able to provide directions to the apartments which was useful.

Arragonat Staff | No Respect for Clients [ Do not recommend this Trash]
Arrogant Staff- Men Staff at Reception are very ill educated. It seems they hire Men staff from streets. They speak very arrogantly with clients. Hotel is not even one star hotel and they write 4 star hotel. Hairs in Towels were found Price to Quality is very low.

Peaceful location
This hotel is classed a 4* but I would hesitate to call is 3*. The rooms are very spacious because they are really a self catering/apartment style with a kitchen/living area, bedroom area, v large walk in clothes storage and a large bathroom, but the location of the hotel is way out of the centre of Milan and we had a lot of trouble finding it. When we finally arrived, we were told we should have got off 2 metro stops sooner and taken a no. 4 tram but this is only the sort of thing you find out once you arrive! Having said that, most of the staff were helpful but when I rang down on the 2nd day to request more shower gel as it had not been replaced, I was told they could not bring it up but I would have to go down to reception. When I did so a rather curt young man told me we were only given some yesterday and weren't due any til the next day! Is it rationed or do they not shower daily? The breakfast was very disappointing because whatever time we went down, whether it was at the beginning of the service or later on, there were never any eggs and the waiter said he was on his own so we could not have any. What he did all the cooking and waiting? So all in all, what with the remote location (although it was quiet at night) and the rather lucklustre service, I would not class this as a 4* hotel and I would suggest that the travel company who arranged it review what their standards if they want to offer 4* accommodation.

Good base
Although not in the centre, a short journey away, staff were very helpful and friendly. Room had a hob and fridge so you are able to make your own lunch or dinner in the room instead of having to eat out all of the time. You have the use of a swimming pool and gym, free of charge.

Very Bad Stay
I was subjected to fraud and deception by this hotel, and unfortunately, despite proving this, the Agoda management was unable to protect my rights and abandoned me under the pretext that they could not do anything for me. 1. My reservation does not match the reservation in the app. This is Room information which you booked 1 X One-Bedroom Apartment Garden view | 45 m²/484 ft² | 1 single bed and 1 queen bed But I was given a room with one king bed and without any view 2. The room is dirty and has a bad smell. 3. The air conditioning system is not working properly and is making a very annoying clicking sound. 4. The receptionist disclaimed responsibility for the reservation and asked us to wait until the morning to solve the problem or contact Agoda. 5. However, the elevator does not reach the floor where this room is located. 6. When the oven is turned on, the electricity in the room is completely turned off. Despite all this, the hotel staff did not respond to any complaints from me and asked to contact Agoda. After that, after a long discussion with Agoda, they asked me to contact the hotel and solve the problem myself, and that they could not do anything for me except to compensate me with $25 out of $503.
