  Always have a great experience here. Second time here this year. Paul goes above and beyond to guarantee a great time for all. Extremely clean and comfortable. I will definitely be returning next year.

  A great getaway!

  After having an unexpected/unplanned few days off together, my husband and I figured wed make the quick trek to ptown to enjoy a long weekend. I saw online that PAGH had a few rooms open and with such short notice of wanting to check in the next day, I figured Id give them a call. Upon calling, Paul the owner was so gracious and pleasant to talk to on the phone that we immediately booked a 2 night stay with our dog in Room 4. Upon arrival, our keys were left in a convenient spot for us and we made our way upstairs to our room. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom itself was nicely finished and with a large shower. We had some unexpected GREAT weather which made the front yard/porch a great hangout spot at night with the fireplace lit and a glass of wine in hand. We enjoyed our stay so much, we inquired about extending our visit by a day. Paul, was flexible with the schedule and made us feel welcomed. Although room servicing was not offered during the stay due to COVID, both Paul and the housekeeping staff inquired if we needed any fresh towels or toiletries for our visit. Although we didnt partake, breakfast was served individually and you had the option to preorder the night before or up-to the morning of. (Nice touch) Overall we enjoyed our stay and were saddened to leave when we did. As frequent visitors to ptown, we have stayed at a lot of guest houses and although this was our first visit to Prince Albert, it definitely will not be our last!

  Best nights sleep I have had in a year!!!

  We only booked for one night, I wish we could have stayed a week. The room was clean, quaint and comfortable. It was modern and timeless at the same time. We slept through breakfast but that's ok... Paul was a wonderful host. Hope to get back in the Spring.

  Thanksgiving with my boys

  Booked a couple of rooms at Prince Albert in Provincetown to spend Thanksgiving with my boys who go to college in Massachusetts. I had stayed here a year and half ago. Rooms were wonderful. My room had door going out to back patio. Perfect. So enjoyed shopping on Commercial Street. Paul (owner) and Trisha were very nice. Will definitely stay here again. Great location.   Wonderful accommodations + local hospitality

  Paul is a wonderful host who runs a gem of a guest house. We joined him for an evening patio happy hour and it felt like wed been talking with old friends the entire evening! He and the staff are attentive, accommodating, and courteous. We got a tour of the property shortly after our arrival and its lovely how each room has its own personality and ambiance. If you're searching for a Provincetown B&B with an ocean view, convenient location, and great hospitality, absolutely choose Prince Albert Guest House!
