  All inclusive con buena atención

  Este hotel de 4 estrellas está ubicado a 3 cuadras de la playa. Tiene varias piscinas , muy buena atención de su personal y 4 restaurantes para comer. Las habitaciones son cómodas de tamaño standard con un pequeño balcón. Es recomendable para familias o para venir con amigos. Posee un Gym y también un spa con sauna seco y húmedo y jacuzzi. Una estadía muy amena y placentera.

  Vacaciones exóticas

  Fuimos un grupo familiar de diferentes países y nos reunimos en este hermoso hotel. El hotel ,aunque no se encuentra sobre la playa,esta a pocos metros de ella ,caminando. Lo mejor del hotel son sus piscinas y la atención de todo el personal. Utilizamos el jacuzzi y el spa,las piletas exteriores ,cubierta, y la lazy pool. Los 2 restaurantes a la carta son muy buenos y sirven abundante. El restaurante buffet también es muy bueno ya que varían la comida cada noche ,con diferentes temáticas. El hotel ,por lo que percibí se especializa en bodas y hay días que puedes ver 3 o 4 bodas a la vez! Lo único que yo mejoraría sería la animación. Más actividades y con animadores latinos ,que tienen mas onda!? Es un hotel para descansar. Si sueñas con un resort tipo caribe, con mucho baile y miles de clases y juegos ,no es éste. Acá el clima era de relax y mucho alcohol....

  Great hotel Great Staff

  We visited this hotel as we were unable to self isolate when Turkey was taken off the travel corridor. We upgraded our room and it was very nice but no separate bed for our large 10 year old only a sofa. Its a very good looking hotel with excellent service throughout the week from the girls serving at the lobby bar. It was very very busy at half term and space was an issue on the family side. Weather was fantastic but felt the a la cartes were a little disappointing. My highlight was the fresh pasta man at lunch absolutely awesome. We ate in the American Dinner when we werent in an a la carte and had excellent service. Really pleased we visited this hotel and can see why there are a lot of excellent reviews.   What a pleasant surprise

  Having had many holidays and cruises cancelled like others due to Covid we booked this one only a couple of weeks before due to Turkey being taken off the travel corridor. Despite the hassle and stress of getting the tests done it was worth it. I'm not a lover of AI hotels normally but this was a Fantastic resort!! Clean, well equipped rooms with comfy beds. The pools were brilliant and the lazy river an instant hit with everyone. I loved watching the daily weddings from the river. Food is superb in the al a carte restaurants - particularly the Greats and the Orchid. The american diner is probably the poorest choice of places to eat. The steak is not great and the cheesecake I just don't know what they were doing with it but it was like rubber. The Greats however if your lucky enough to get in each week was amazing with everything our party had on the menu being 10/10. The waiter there Angelos who also works at the Garibaldi is a credit to the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The Orchid restaurant food is very tasty and fresh. Again it has a fantastic waiter with Raj - lovely man. In fact the staff are probably the biggest asset this hotel has given they all got the news the hotel had to close early whilst we were there due to Cyprus being added to the quarantine list, they continued to serve and smile. The entertainment is the best I have seen in a hotel - usually its pretty average and cheesy. The team worked hard to put professional shows together and delivered archery lessons, etc in the day. In particular Eleanor and Sarah were warm, friendly and entertaining in addition to being extremely talented. I don't normally leave reviews mentioning people as I usually don't take much notice of names unless the service is bad but that just shows how great this hotel and its people are worthy of mentions.

  Amazing! Only the odd small gripe

  Been ages since we went (oct 20) but just never got round to a review. We went during covid and in spite of this had an amazing time. Every precaution was taken to ensure we were safe, and everyone said they felt secure. The food, entertainment, drinks are superb and the food was the best ive had in any all inclusive. The roast beef, pork were melt in the mouth...wow! The staff are insanely attentive, polite and always smiling. An absolute credit to the hotel. Special mention to Dianna and Olga who were so polite, hardworking and had drinks to us in minutes! Lovely beaches a short walk away and so much to do for our 6 year old who loved every aspect from the pools , to the shows and beyond. Only two gripes. One was our room faced onto the main road. We did ask to move a couple of times, but unfortunately the hotel was full as lots of trips to Turkey were cancelled and moved to our hotel. Whilst the room was lovely, the road noise was disturbing. Im not a serial complainer type, but please look into triple glazing. Other gripe wasnt with the hotel but other guests who attempted to flout the covid rules. Why? Just wind your neck in and follow the rules. Despite this the hotel still is deserving of 5 stars!
