  Nice place to stay in Odessa

  Buena locación, cercano a interesantes lugares, un buen Restaurant en el acceso al hotel con música en vivo y grupos de jazz (malo si piensa ir a dormir) el lugar no es nada del otro mundo pero as habitaciones disón espaciosas y en el hall hacen gala de haber recibido a muchos artistas rusos por lo use puede ver en múltiples fotos de dudoso gusto colgadas en a pared. Pero es un lugar agradable, ruidoso, pero bien ubicado.

  Friendly

  Only stayed for one night but found the room clean & bright. Staff spoke excellent English, service in the restaurant & bar was very good as was our meal. Also found the staff to be very polite & helpful, would stay again.

  The place with the fake excellent reviews!

  This hotel is not about 4 stars, and I'm sure, that all of excellent reviews about this place on the Booking.com is fake! With my friends we booked 2 double rooms on 2 nights. We were paid for that, but in about 2 hours our booking was cancelled. Of course thereafter we don`t have an opportunity to write a review about lot of disadvantages of this hotel: bad air conditioning (we slept in the +28 degrees when the air conditioner has worked!), and the curtains were hanged bad, and photos on the website is not true! I realy hate when people are lying, especially when It`s service sector, couse I pay the money for that and I have the right to see what am I paying money for and to be sure that my vacation will goes well.

  Amazing place..

  An amazing cute hotel to stay in the heart of Odessa..extremely helpful and friendly staff..loved the place...would recommend anyone visiting odessa to stay here.. It is also close to all the tourist attractions and just a 10 minutes walk to the beach

  Bad experience at the hotel

  I have been reserved the hotel for my honey moon so i and my wife would have a good time but from the first it have been a bad experience for me first off all the staff is very slow and unprofessional ittakes place on the documentation they didn't gave me and the slow service they The room was at first look a nice and homey room but at second there was places that was unclean and passed by the bath items at bathroom was old heavy holding on place and old and it is very unpleasant also on the second day after the cleaning we found leaves of flowers under the bad we left and apparently the cleaning staff not cleaning under the bad also the mirror was not clean. The restuarant, was nice on the beginning but the evening dinner we had have done the last thing to take the sevice bad the menu we asked was not on to take also the meat we ordered was rare and not tasty like from the day before as an mushroom cream soup that was over heated and the taste was dissapeared , we also had two glasses of wine which was unclean and dirty to all of that the staff was on hurry and started to take off the maps from the tables what was makes the experience even more disappointing I don't recommend this place to couples at all.
