  Not good

  When the time check in found the bed sheet was not change and I felt so disgusted as you can see the hair left by the previous guest. The linen include the bath towel provided look so old and dirty, advice to bring own towels. Cleanliness of the room obviously very poor except the lobby looks nice. The location was not convenient but there's a shuttle bus provided to Nagoya Hill at certain hour. Complimentary Wifi also been provided.

  Cheap hotel to stay

  Cheap hotel to stay in.location wise not so good.cleanliness was ok.wifi connection not so good in the room.breakfast provided.provide great tv channel.free transport to nagoya hill shopping center and winsdor food court.

  Budget, great location

  Hotel location and services are great. Food also good. Only issue wifi is very poor, except wifi everything good. Near Nagoya shopping mall and few massage center. This hotel having free shuttle bus to shopping mall.

  Did not enjoy our stay!

  The hotel looks good when you first enter but the room that we lived in lacked hygiene and basic necessities. There is no refrigerator inside. There wasn't enough partition between the toilet and the shower so everytime one takes a shower, the water will spread over the entire surface of the bathroom. The location is good since Nagoya Shopping Mall is within walking distance.

  Don't be deceived by the pictures

  Pictures of the hotel shown in the website are very nice but in reality it's not the case. It's a short taxi ride from Harbour Bay ferry terminal. Room is spacious but there was a pungent smell when checked in. Had to leave the door opened for a few minutes to get rid of the smell. A big centipede crawled out of the drainage trap while bathing halfway. Ran out of the bathroom to get a slipper to smash it. Took a picture of it and showed it to the front desk. The staff simply apologized and dismissed it. Free shuttle service to Nagoya Hill and Windsor but the timing for each trip is too far apart.
