  Hotel de playa

  Éramos tres y nos alojamos en una habitación doble con cama supletoria. Apenas teníamos espacio y tuvimos que sacar algunos muebles a la terraza para tener mejor movilidad, pero ese fue el único inconveniente. En general el hotel está bien. Muy cerca de la playa, aunque tienes que atravesar el hotel para llegar. Es un paseo de unos 4 minutos a pie. La piscina tiene cómodas tumbonas. El bar con vistas al mar da comidas muy sabrosas. Recomiendo el atardecer desde las tumbonas del bar o desde la playa. Estuvimos 5 días y al menos dos de ellos se celebraron bodas o cumpleaños en las zonas comunes. Una noche hubo un espectáculo de música y danza. El buffet solo lo usamos para el desayuno y tiene mucho variedad de comida, india y occidental. El amanecer en la playa es muy recomendable.

  Great place but no control on unruly guests.

  Stayed here again after a year, the resort is amazing, all covid safety measures are followed, and the rooms, food and housekeeping staff were great as usual. Great location on the beach! Sadly we faced the one issue we faced last time as well: The resort has no control over their guests making a ruckus post midnight. Groups which have multiple rooms kept their doors open, talking loudly way past midnight and their kids kept running in the corridors and even at the poolside tables. Even after complaining to the reception, nothing much changed, so much so that we ended up CHECKING OUT A DAY EARLIER. The management must have rules in place so that guests are not disturbed by unruly people at late hours, especially our senior citizen parents. Its sad that even after paying a hefty price, we couldnt even relax after a tiring day. Also a hairdryer in the rooms will be really convenient . They do provide it on request only but take it away in sometime because someone else has asked for it.

  Only for the location

  There's nothing much to write about this hotel apart from the very convenient location in North Goa and access to beach. If the management plans things out a little better they can change this to be a Marriott kind of property for budget travelers who can access the beach. The rooms are very basic, do go for the higher category rooms as they have a better view. Breakfast is essential/very ordinary but staff is very helpful. Yazu and palm n sands are better options The sanitization of the property and essential kit in the room is a good practice, good job. They have no beach towels so make your own arrangements. There's a taxi/bike stand next to the hotel. General tip: Candolim beach is no longer the exclusive neat and clean beach it was a few years back but it's still got its charm.

  Great hotel for family

  Stayed for 4 nights with 2 young kids. Loved the location, on the candolim beachfront, though their beach beds are slightly away from the beach. Yazu and another in-house restaurant have great food. There are at least 4 good restaurants within 5 mins walk. Pool view room, ground floor, was great. Neat and clean hotel, with courteous staff. Kids loved the pool. Area of improvement: breakfast spread doesn't have non-veg, but the spread otherwise is good.

  Over priced, pretty less space and poor dining service

  I stayed with my wife in this hotel for 2 nights on 23rd & 24th February 2021. I lived in its base category room. The room size is less than a budget hotel. My balcony had an outside view of the hotel where rented scooters were parked and people could easily see from outside through the room. Hence the privacy in this room had really gone for toss. Then I had breakfast in its restaurant, which was over crowded.. there was no juice glass when I sought for it..after waiting for almost 10 minutes, I decided to have juice in the coffee glass.. And when I asked for coffee, it was finished too..Food taste was average..Paranthas lacked salt..when my wife asked the staff to add some salt.. the staff gave a very complacent reply that we cannot change the taste.. coffee was full of milk.. Then I went to do some exercise..the gym celing is that small, that if your height is over 5.10, your hands will touch the ceiling while doing shoulder exercise.. All the hotel had was a great beach view and it's bar Yazu..but staying in this resort wasn't really worth it. Paying Rs. 14000/- for 2 night wasn't worth it. Thankfully I dint bring kids along at such a small room.
