  Good music, excellent service

  I was in Kigali for a week for some training, and even though I found accomodations elsewhere, I kept coming here for the food (very delicious, though it takes a while to be ready), the service (which is exemplary. I know one Frank, a waiter who overdid himself serving me and we became friends). I'd totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a cool atmosphere to hang out, or work. Or just watch the sprawling beautiful Kigali hills all round.

  No customer satisfaction

  This hotel needs desperate attention. Reception provided no details to us upon arrival, we were handed the keys, shown the room and left alone. We had to inquire about breakfast time and venue, WiFi password ect. The room we were given had no towels, toilet paper, no running hot water at all, plugs didn't work (the one that did couldn't be used because it required a flat 3 pin plug, we didn't have an adapter to use). The room has an air con which worked because everytime the electricity went off and came back on the air con would switch itself on. The rooms are not soundproof, you hear everything that is happening around you. We had a TV in our room that you can't use because of the incorrect plug, so we guessed it must just be for show? Breakfast time was not a great experience either(you get charged extra for it) - my husband had eggs, bread and juice. I had breakfast a bit later, I was told there was no more Bread, instead I got chapatti (the chapatti was nice). I ordered coffee with milk, coffee came with no milk, I was told they don't have milk. I requested very kindly that they find milk for me, 20min later I had milk. We decided to book into another hotel that afternoon. We were a group of 4 and all of us had the same experience as above. The hotel needs some serious attention to detail and customer service. We will not return

  We spent almost 30min at the reception waiting the receptionist, and finally we couldn't get him/her however the security guard tried to help, more attention highly needed mostly on the reception, the most sensitive point

  Good music in the restuarant

  Not very sure about the accommodation and rooms, but a great place to enjoy a meal in the gardens. The Indian dishes are great. The music makes it even better. I recommend the restaurant at this hotel.
