  5 stars hotel.

  The hotel deserves to be 5 stars hotel. Clean, calm & large rooms. Friendly & professional staff who are ready to help and always a smile in their face. Delicious breakfast with a well satisfying variety. The location is perfect near restaurants, cafes, and new Jeddah cornchie.

  Everything is nice. Staff are great

  Staff are elegant especially Mr. Santi in the hotel's restaurant. He is such a lovely server. My kids just loved him. Location is close to everything. I personally enjoy staying in this hotel.Some tiny things needs to have more care such as having a gym for women.

  Quite and Great Service

  I stayed in this hotel last September 9, 2014 and I cant forget my great experience. The first time I step in in this hotel I feel very comfortable and I like it right away. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and efficient. The hotel is quite I feel really relaxed and I have a good sleep. The breakfast is nice you have a lot of choices. The room is big with a combination of like Asian and local design, its reminding me of our house. The bathroom is clean and smell fresh. One thing I observed is the dark line at the edge of the shower floor, it doesnt look good. But overall, its a good hotel. I will come back to this hotel and more than willing to recommend them.

  Disappointing hotel, try something else

  I spent one night at the Issham hotel, on a business trip. I was placed in a room with a king size bed (very hard, but that must be the Middle East style), large TV and a super noisy minibar. The bathroom was renewed probably in the '90, and had a boiler one had to switch early in advance before taking a shower. Breakfast was quite depressing, in a the ballroom of the hotel in the basement, with a cahotic entrance with staoled chairs and old stuff, great disorder. Food quality was OK, but all served in a very "spartan way", sandwiches wrapped in plastic foil, tables one had to set on his own... Many mosquitos, especially in the hall. My room was facing a narrow inner court where the fans of the A/C of the hotel rooms were making a tremendous noise. And the hotel lies a few meters from the freshwater production plant, not an amusing panorama to see. I have not used the hotel facilities (spa, pool etc...)

  Amazing, helpful staff

  Our team were there for 50days in 1year ago,staff was very helpful and friendly.. Food was delicious,hotel facilities deasonble for the price, very near to all iconic places in Jeddah. Only wifi speed was slow for all us.
