Buen hotel, con actividades diversas, entorno poco atractivo
Técnicamente, el hotel es muy correcto (quizás las cinco estrellas son excesivas), las habitaciones son limpias, el servicio es bueno, aunque quizás el trato es mejorable. Hay actividades de baile para los niños y para adultos, fiestas en la terraza, que conllevan música a todo volumen que se puede disfrutar desde la habitación. Tiene dos piscinas que quedan en el interior del edificio y donde el sol no llega todo el día. Hay un transporte gratuito a la playa cada hora, a un centro privado de la misma cadena. La playa es bonita, aunque pequeña, y excelente para el snorkelling. Tiene servicio de lavandería, y hay cajeros automáticos en el interior del hotel. La conexión WiFi es bastante mejorable, ya que funciona con un usuario y contraseña que dejan de ser válidos al cabo de un tiempo, y no siempre es demasiado buena la conexión. Debido a ello, hay que hacer varios viajes a la recepción (que puede estar lejos de la habitación, debido a las dimensiones del hotel.

Sharm El Shiekh trip
The management could be better, they stopped the AC to save energy and cost meanwhile the weather was really hot inside the rooms. The occupation of the hotel was little due to COVID-19 and they wanted to save money. I understand their point but they could try to save money in other way and not be turning off the AC. Other than this, the stuff are really nice, helpful and friendly. The food is nice, the location is really central. They try to do their best whenever you ask for something. Mahmoud Kamel the receptionist guy was really nice. Animation team is really friendly. Thy stuff serve at the buffet are really nice and friendly. The guys at the pools are super nice too. I recommend the hotel, its a value.

Good hotel but not the best receptionists
The hotel rooms are very wide and really good .. we stayed at a superior pool view room. The restaurant is amazing specially the staff, Mahmoud and Emad are really friendly and helpful The worst about the hotel is the reception staff they are very slow in action and not caring at all House keeping is very slow we have to ask for it several times until they clean the room

It could be better
The hotel is located in the center of the Hadaba area, which is its undoubted advantage. The street on which the hotel is located is quite deserted this winter. From the hotel to all its beaches and the Old Market no more than 2.5 km, so it allows you to reach them on foot. The main building of the hotel is very beautiful. The hotel rents 5 beaches: Reef Beach (free and windy, but the underwater world is very good), El Fanar and its neighbor ($ 2, corals and fishes, more sheltered from the wind in winter), Tendo and the neighbor Terrazino beach-bar (free, an ordinary sandy beach with some fishes). In Terrazino music is playing very loudly and there are no normal sun beds. The hotel has one rooftop heated pool. Sometimes it is no longer comfortable to swim in it in the wind. But a very beautiful view of the mountains opens up from it ... The selection of music is peculiar. European and Arabic pleasant for swimming, and annoying sounds from the CIS. The room in the main building is quite spacious. If you look closely, you can see that the hotel is getting old, but this does not interfere with the rest. The beds are large and comfortable. They are not soft, but that's a plus. A blanket for a person of almost 2 meters was enough. The air conditioner does not work for heating (I dont know if it works for cooling). In the bathroom there is soap in dispensers on the wall. The water temperature is jumping. The room was cleaned, towels were changed every day, except one for the floor. The floor in the room and toilet was washed every day. You have to run (call) yourself for toilet paper at the reception. Wi-fi only works in the lobby and is very bad. Sometimes it is impossible to watch a small video. There are many channels on TV in different languages, including English and German. The Ukrainian channel went on without sound. The staff is generally friendly and try to understand English and Russian. One barman (usually working in a rooftop bar) is trying to be rude, but it's even more fun when you can put him in his place. One more observation. We went to the hotel to bask in the sun and work after sunset. Since it is inconvenient for two to work at the same table in the room, we found a place with two tables on the lower floor. For three days we sat there normally, and then they turned off the sockets and we could only work on batteries from laptops without normal light (lamps also need sockets). Apparently greedy... and this is with energy-saving lamps. Food. We took all-inclusive. In general, the food is monotonous. For dinner they try to vary the main meat dish, sometimes fish. They try to make a large selection of sweets. Fruits are always there, but sometimes not ripe (eg guava). Lunch all days was with the same set of main courses (hamburger or sandwich with onions and the smell of tuna or chicken with noodles). Alcoholic cocktails are made in different ways. Sometimes it is pleasant to drink (with lime and mint, ice), sometimes it's just a set of syrups. Delicious coffee in bars. The eating place was almost always on the roof... until guests complained about the cold in the evening and then they moved to a restaurant in the basement. The evening entertainment program is limited to 1 hour from 21 to 22. Moreover, the announced artists do not always come. Loved the saxophone and national dances (on Friday). In general, I note that the price-quality ratio at the time of stay was fair. Now I noticed that the cost of tours to this hotel has increased slightly (possibly due to the cost of the flight). The hotel cannot wear 5 stars, I think it's a good 3*. On a subsequent visit to this settlement in Egypt, we will prefer this hotel, unless the price is increased.

IL MERKATO thanks for a great stay
Hello everyone! Yesterday I returned to Ukraine (and I want to share my impressions after my vacation in IL MARKTO, I did not choose this hotel on purpose) I just bought a ticket the day before the flight and decided to use the fortune system! and trust me, lucky! I celebrated my birthday with my family at this hotel, I still have very warm and positive feelings and emotions after this holiday! And thanks for this to the good team, especially the EMAD receptionist and the Russian-speaking girl administrator who very kindly put us in a classroom with a balcony! I was congratulated on my birthday, they brought a postcard and a cake to the room) it was very unexpected! The food is delicious, every day meat, fish and chicken, especially delicious cutlets) 2 types of soup, vegetables, cheeses, desserts, as in all buffets! you will definitely not stay hungry) 2 waiters are both very positive and respectful, ordered wine for lunch for 2 days in a row 3rd day the tall waiter brought wine as soon as they sat down at the table it was very nice that he remembers who loves what, and the small waiter is also very attentive and very tasty without alcoholic mojito makes thanks to him) animators 2 girls and 2 guys very politely and positively greeted the guests and organized parties at 9 pm and every day a different show program was organized, we both sang and danced for 8 days were there never again the same show, I especially liked the Egyptian who was spinning and the couple sang Latin songs, there was a lot of fun and great music on the beach, the DJ picked up positive music very well and it was always fun on the beach! in the mornings at 10, the animator of Milan invited everyone to triple exercise and charged us with positive! Darina organized competitions with darts! the lifeguard on the pier watched everyone very closely and reacted immediately so that someone would not crash into the reefs or swim far! There is a very strong team of masseurs on the beach, the Italian was especially praised! I recommend everyone to start doing massage from the first day so that there is a good effect 5-7 times during your vacation! how much they like to bargain from the beginning they say $ 20 and then agree for $ 10 if you take a course) and it's cheaper than in Ukraine))) The bus driver is a very positive and kind man, always cheerful and with Arabic dances he took us from the hotel to the beach and back ... the hotel has a small area, which is what I wanted, very cozy, in a classic style! And the fact that the second coastline is even better) in the heat, you don't need to go to the beach on foot! and every half hour by bus you can get to the beach in 5 minutes! or you can go up to the heated pool on the top floor! in general, I was satisfied with everything and I hope if quarantine does not spoil my plans? in a couple of months I will fly back to the same hotel and send my parents there !!! of course in a price-quality ratio of 10/10! And now something that is not related to the hotel) about a trip to a free excursion, which was offered by the tour operator !!! they took us on an excursion, all the way the Russian-speaking guide Julia spoke beautifully about Egypt, everything was very cool about local traditions, but then they had to take us like an oil factory))) and it was just a shop with oils where they talked long and tediously about the usefulness of these oils ! in the end, everything was sold 2-3 times more expensive than everywhere else !!! she told us that you must have a stamped check from the cash register, otherwise your oils and everything they bought will be thrown into the trash))) 1. all liquids must be checked in luggage and the check from the cash register is not important, for your peace of mind take a stamped check, but believe me, someone did not check our non-cartel checks !!! do not listen to this nonsense what the guides tell you! if every purchase is checked by checks? 3 days will pass (2. be sure to take shoe covers with you !!! in Egypt they force you to take off your shoes and do not provide shoe covers (and you have to walk on a dirty floor (this is not Ukraine or Europe))) have a good rest and positive for everyone!

No me gusto.
Empezar con que en la habitación no hay agua caliente. Los trabajadores en no son amables y tardan mucho. Se la pasan hablando entre ellos y hablan de manera exigente nada de paciencia. Según mi percepción a algunos siempre nos piden ver la pulsera del hotel, que es normal. Pero a las rusos no incluso algunos no llevan y no dicen nada. Las habitaciones están bien, aunque hay humedad.La piscina en la parte de arriba esta muy bien. Recalcó que la atención a los huéspedes NO ES BUENA. No volvería.

10/10 la experiencia, el chico de las excursiones un encanto y super bien. 100% recomendado Mohamed International dive college, fue el de las excursiones y súper bien. Si vais a un hotel el mercato esta genial.

El mejor hotel de mi vida
El mejor hotel que e podido estar lo recomiendo muchissimo!! Un servicio excelente con un grupo de animadores atento para cualquier cosas siempre preocupados por tu diversión, un equipo excelente, instalaciónes perfectas, todo funciona con un sistema. La comida muy rica, Gracias por todo estoy seguro que voy a volver
