  Buen Hotel

  Excelente ubicación a solo metros de la opera de Odessa y a dos cuadras de la principal calle the Odessa. Habitaciones con balcón a la calle y muy limpio. Sin TV en Ingles con solo canales en Russo y Ukraniano.

  Wonderful

  Very wonderful place! The hotel is super central, right in the Opera square, the main of the city. Rooms are maybe not too big but tidy and with nice furniture. Breakfast just amazing. I will go back here for sure.

  Comfortable stay close to the sights

  We enjoyed our stay here. Our room was a good size and overlooked the street but it was very quiet, clean and comfortable as well as being right next door to the Opera House. The bathroom was also a good size and well maintained. We were taken aback somewhat by the warm greeting on each occasion we passed through reception. Breakfast was cooked to order and served in the attached restaurant from the terrace of which we were able to watch people crossing the Palais-Royal Garden.

  Family Celebration

  We went to Odessa to celebrate a special birthday for my wife who was born there. The hotel is exceptionally located in the City Centre, staff are friendly and very helpful. Very comfortable bed for 16 nights, essential for a good experience over a longer period. The Opera House is 100mtrs away and a side view whilst having breakfast is a great start to the day. The place is spotlessly clean and every request we made was met with positive responses. We spent a lot of time in and around the restaurant entertaining friends and family, the staff were always patient even when they were tripping over us in doorways and gangways. The one thing we'd recommend is spending a little extra for a suite, excellent space, comfortable seating, good wardrobe space. the only downside was a shower that sometimes changed temperature, it was a small price to pay for an otherwise excellent experience.

  Amazing Stay!

  I had an amazing stayno need unanswered! The location is dead center, next to the Opera House, all tourist sites are just a few minutes walk. My room had a balcony that overlooked the main street (not noisy at all despite being the Christmas season and New Years Eve), plenty of space, a very comfortable bed, plenty of towels, the room was left spotlessly clean every day. The restaurant next door (hotel connected Happiness) served amazing food (with a 10% discount for hotel guests) and the breakfast (included in the room price) offered many delicious choices (cooked fresh from a menu rather than the usual breakfast buffet). Breakfast was served in a terrace room overlooking the back garden area of the hotelone of the things I liked most was that there were many cats in the backwhen I asked about them, I discovered that the restaurant staff had built them a little house and fed them daily...indeed, they were well taken care of! The staff at the hotel is one of the finest I have ever encountered, polite and willing to help to a fault. They left a lovely welcome letter in my room, a special poem and even a bottle of champagne in the room for me on New Years Eve! One of the staff members even took the extra time to print my boarding pass for meshe offered outstanding service and is to be commended on her exemplary customer service. I truly have never stayed at such a lovely hotelI wanted to stay forever. You can be sure when I return to Odessa that I will choose this hotel!
