  Excelente estadía

  Es un excelente hotel nuevo, habitaciones muy cómodas, muy aseado y sobre todo la atención, muy amables. Desayuno delicioso y el excelente café. Sin duda volvería, además está ubicado es una bonita zona que se disfruta para caminar o visitar el centro comercial o la estación del cable....muy bonito establecimiento, super recomendado.

  Buen servicio pero es didicil dormir

  El personal es muy atento y las instalaciones esta bien aunque les falta algo de mantenimiento sin embargo el ruido externo de los carros y motos hacen imposible que uno pueda descansar. El desayuno no está nada mal y la ubicación es muy central en una zona dónde se encuentran sitios para comer.

  Mejorar la acústica del hotel

  Aunque el personal es muy amable y colaborador y las instalaciones como tal no están mal, deben hacer una inversión en la acústica para evitar el ruido externo ya que de las dos noches ninguna pudimos dormir ya que es exagerado el ruido de carros y motos durante toda la noche. Adicional a media noche nos sonó el teléfono y luego a las 4am nos volvió a sonar sin dar respuesta.

  The noise was unbearable!

  This hotel stay was barely average. The front desk attendant was kind and polite with quick check in The pros and cons will be the fairest way to review. Lets start with the positive: Close to attractions, kind front desk attendant, large comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Breakfast included in the rate. CONS: The noise from the main road was so loud it was very hard to sleep. The city has 2 main roads, this hotel sits on one of them. Trucks, cars, motorcycles 24/7 No hot water for 2 days, after complaining they looked to find the hot water heater was off. How can that be? The mini refrigerator is worthless, they have the outlet connected to the entrance key, so when we left out for the day, it would be off. Our cold drinks, well they were warm. The key to the room; just one per room. So when my husband and I needed to leave separately, only one key. That meant we would have to wait for the front desk attendant to open the room. This happened daily. This inconvenience on a daily basis really affected our stay. We told the onsite manager, but most things she could not remedy. The rate was that of a full service hotel. Look elsewhere.
