  Terrible!

  I booked this hotel online and the pictures seemed to be from a fair priced hotel, simple and nice. However, it happened to be the worse hotel that I have ever stayed. To start, they gave us 2 bed rooms (we were a couple), but that's ok!, we can live with that for 2 nights. But the problems didn't stop. The AC was hanging out of the wall leaving a hole. There was no hot water and the toilet paper was the poor quality (brown paper). Breakfast time was a nightmare. We gave up, because there was not food or people in the kitchen was not ready, so no food! When the food arrived the guests jumped on it like a fight club for a piece of bread.

  Disappointing

  I visited during the peak period of the Oktoberfest when room rates are at their highest expecting the hotel to be full. It was not. The rate sadly did not reflect the quality of the hotel which was tired and scruffy. I had expected it to be old but traditional so was very disappointed particularly as no food service was available except for a very average breakfast offering.
