  Estuvimos dos noches. La habitación estaba muy bien, muebles nuevos, limpia y decoración moderna. El hotel esta nuevo pero la zona un poco oscura si vas por la noche y con poca gente. Del centro está a 20 minutos y 5 minutos de la estación de tren. El desayuno lo peor del hotel, no hay apenas cosas (jamón york, queso, zumo, leche, Cafe y algo de pan). Cuando entramos y lo vimos decidimos irnos a una cafetería que hay cerca y desayunamos muy bien

  Cómodo y agradable

  Camas cómodas, habitación muy espaciosa y limpia. Baño con una ducha grande. El personal de recepción muy amable hablando un inglés perfecto. Desayuno variado con platos dulces y salados, fruta y la opción de hacerse uno mismo huevos duros o pasados por agua. El hotel está muy bien situado, a 10 minutos del kunthause. El unico defecto es que las persianas y cortinas dejaban entrar bastante luz por la mañana.

  Pretty nice stay

  We had pretty large room which was totally perfect. Girls at the reception were really kind and helpful. Hotel is nice and cosy. Near is the main train station and also good restaurants are pretty close. We had really good stay.

  Great stay

  Even tough it was just a one-nighter the living was great. Entering the beautifully arranged and clean room leaves you speechless. Not to mention the minimalistic design in them. I guess there are soundproof windows as the nigh was very calm. Also the carpet in the main hall is interesting. The stay left a great impression in me, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

  Great location for Graz exploration

  This hotel is located very near the main train station and is fed by the tram line. It's perfect for getting around Graz. The room was clean, little oddly shaped (quite thin) but certainly looked after my needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was only okay. Pretty expensive for what was on offer. Overall the hotel was good value.

  Well satisfied.

  One of the cheapest hotels in Graz, and close to the main railway station and city-centre attractions. The trams [just outside] are free in this central zone. The street and all of the city centre is quiet and peaceful due to traffic control, only the hum of trams passing. The hotel reminds me of a better UK Travel Lodge in quality. Actually, our room was enormous by city hotel standards. It had everything you needed, though no kettle to make coffee. It was very clean with a powerful shower, plenty of storage space, a good range of TV channels, strong accessible lighting and sockets by the bed. You can open the windows for fresh air! Check-in/out were very professional and friendly. In the public area there isn't really much space to sit, though the breakfast restaurant would serve as a great working space. We didn't have breakfast there as there's lots of cheaper options all around, though the price seemed good value. There are also dispensing machines for snacks and drinks. Best thing of all was the checkout time = noon. Booking.com had incorrectly informed 11.30; also that Reception closed at 7.30pm when it was still open at 10pm. Recommend.

  Poor hotel in the chain in Graz

  Well my experience with B&B as a chain has been pretty good and after staying in the superb hotel at Maribor, my expectations were good and then I booked 2 nights at the property in Graz.. It is close to Graz Hbf and only around 5 minutes walk from the railway station. I checked in and thought in reception there was a smell of damp in that area and went to my room. A very big room I admit with quite a comfortable bed but the whole hotel didnt impress me at all and is so in need of a revamp. I have not found anywhere too nice around the Hbf area (why did the Ibis there close) but this is not somewhere I would return to. Go maybe 5 minutes on a tram to the city and it is beautiful and had many Christmas decorations as it was December.
