  Bien situado

  Aunque el hotel esta muy bien situado, porque muchas de las cosas que tienes q visitar en kuwait City están por la zona, sobre todo el zoco que es una maravilla, el hotel necesita con urgencia un mantenimiento y es una pena porque la habitación en si están bien con unas vistas expectaculares, el personal muy bien y sobre todo el señor de las mañanas en el restaurante que nos hacia las tortillas, siempre muy atento y con una gran sonrisa.

  Centrico y basico

  Hotel muy basico y centrico. El desayuno está normal , nada especial. Fue allí 2 días por negocio. El recepcionista esta muy amable y da todo por ayudar. Recommando este hotel para las personas que están allí de negocio y para un tiempo mínimo.

  Great potential

  The best first: the price is low for the location. And on the basic level everything works. The staff is reasonably friendly, the room is clean, the bed is firm, there is a varied breakfast, where they prepare the eggs the way you want it. Since you get a discount you should not complain about glass and mirror pannels broken long time ago in the lifts. In the breakfast room you should not complain about the broken and blind window pane, the almost completely missing outer pane in another, the air outlet vent hanging down obliquely in just one or two remaining screws, the desiccated huge insect lying on its back on a ledge, or about the windows that probably never have been cleaned ever. In the rooms you should not complain about the paint daubed not just onto the walls but also onto some parts of wooden pannels, the shield plates of the light switches, etc. One could go on and on, but there is nothing essentially wrong, it is just somewhat shabby. A professional management, with a reasonable budget, could make sure that each room gets a few days professional TLC, and would make personal inspections. But alas, then the price would probably, justifyably, go up some 30 %.

  Shopping Time

  The hotel location is great, just few steps from Safat square and shopping area. The hotel is nice and staff is friendly. Rooms are good in general and spacious. It has many restaurants, but we didnt try them. I recommend this hotel for shoppers.

  Great service, breakfast and location

  Stayed at the Gulf Rose Hotel with friends for a few nights when visiting Kuwait. We arrived from Dubai and got a taxi straight from the airport. When looking at options, hotels in Kuwait were so expensive however this was not too bad and included breakfast. We checked in, staff seemed friendly. The room was nice, bathroom had a leak however member of staff fixed it straight away. Shower was nice. The breakfast was lovely, lots of different options, thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was nice, not too far from the main shopping area's and sites and taxi's available all the time. Also exchange shops close by. Would highly recommend and stay again if in Kuwait. The staff even allowed us to use a room to change in when going to the hotel late at night - excellent service!
