  One simple advice, Don;t take any membership they offer. Its a TRAP !!!! First they will start explaining about holidays in 4 and 5 star properties. They will show you nice videos of the properties as well. They will offer complimentary DAE membership as well and show all the properties listed under DAE including club Mahindra, Raddison blue, Hayat and all ..... DAE cost will range from $99 to $125 for 7 days within Asia and there is no limit in availing them ... There is full flexibility in availing their own property as well DAE properties. Also u need only a week's prior information for booking. After listening all this, if u r a budget luxury oriented person, you will definitely get temped to take it.... Because availing 5 star properties only for $125 for a week will blind you ..... I also fell in trap and took the 3 year membership 4N/5D + DAE for Rs. 40000. + 3000 AMC After getting DAE login credentials and talking with actual DAE representatives, i came to know that there is no concept of $99-$125 .....Also there is no flexibility in availing hotels... Bonus weeks are completely based on vacancy and may range from $69 to $250 for a week within india and more in outside india and are added to inventory prior to 60 days only ...... Now i am too late for cancelling the membership ..... So i thought let me avail the jukaso properties for 3 years i.e. 12N and make it some loss for me at the end because of my stupid decision ......... I did place a booking for Jukaso, Varanasi property at one month advance for getting a confirmation beforehand .... Called reservation customer care and told my requirements and they said drop a mail and you will get a confirmation voucher within 24 hours .... So i did my flight booking as well and dropped a mail ..... Next day, i received a mail saying that property is under maintenance .. I did search availability in google and found out OYO room is showing the same property as available for those dates .... I did send mail with the attachment showing the same ..... Jukaso owned property is not available to Jukaso members but for outside members it is available ...... No reply received from them ... Its been 7 days ..... If any Jukaso higher management wants to talk to me regd this I am available on 9911635059 ...

  Jukaso people are a bunch of frauds

  A bunch of frauds are fooling people on the pretext of holiday packages. Unfortunately I fell for their jazzy sales pitch and wasted my money. Their unprofessional and uncivilized staff are the most irritating people. For booking one simple holiday they will make you call, and wait and mail and visit and frustrate you to a point where you will want to drop your holiday plans to find your lost peace. Please avoid it and spread the word.

  Comfortable stay, service could be better

  We stayed for a day at the hotel. Room was nice and comfortable. But when we checked in there was no power for 3 hours. Breakfast as per our booking was complimentary but they said as per their details it was paid. Food otherwise was okay.

  Was wise enough not to go for their free voucher and trip

  I received a call to visit the Gurgaon branch today. Since I was not feeling well, we had to cancel. Thankfully! The executive who spoke to me was extremely rude when we cancelled. This seemed odd as people from the hospitality industry are very courteous. Then I searched online and thanks to the reviews, I made a wise decision. Its well said, "There are no free lunches in life." Be wise and avoid this trip.

  Awesome Experience

  I had been there for a meeting. The ambiance was awesome and the best part was the staff's behavior. The food was good. I strongly recommend one should visit here at least once. after thay, you will come again.
