  Suite Dreams

Great location (walking distance to great restaurants, bars and quality shops), outstanding service, excellent facilities, and great food. Surprisingly very quiet given the construction work underway. Excellent value. Vietnamese hospitality at its best.

  Unexpected blessing!!

We found this gem quite by accident and were so happy with the accommodation, staff & location! Its really a beautiful facility with gym, pool etc! The next time we come to Hanoi we will definitely be back! I think if youre looking for short time or long term accommodations this is the perfect place! We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment that was beautifully furnished & fully functional!!! If we cant make it back home to Hoi An I think we will settle in here until its safe to travel

  Perfect modern stay

You won't be asking for anything more in this place . A world class apartment with a modern design and a magnificent view. Henry from the staff was a great guy and he made my stay even better, he's a very helpful nice guy and he spoke really good English which makes it pretty easy to communicate with him and he will fulfil your needs in no time.

Most recommend hotel & service apartment in Hanoi

I just came and started new life in Fraser suites from Japan. The service level and care are quite good, all staff has very good hospitality. If you find some problem in your room, gym, restaurant and any other place, you can contact staff every time you need, and reaction of staff will take action immediately. Especially, Henry Pham is very good. He is always taking action immediately and accurate. I can live here without any stress everyday. I can recommend to all people coming to Hanoi.
