  Enjoyable holiday

  We loved the hotel and the staff. The food was great, the room - clean and comfortable. We had a great time with the animation team and with all the smiley receptionists and barkeepers. Will definitely come back next year.

  Best destination!

  This palace is really amazing. I stay here since 5 years, but this year it was different. This year there are new managers and it is clear that the organization is up to standard. I see a lot of positive changes, both in the hotel and in the restaurant. The food is delicious and varied and the rooms are wonderful. The staff is great, kind and work with enthusiasm and desire.

  The best hotel

  Very nice place, smiley and friendly staff, large spacious rooms with a balcony and a great view. Balcony was huge,room was clean and well equipped with everything. There was even a safe for your valuables in the rooms. The animation was excellent, there was disco every night except Thursday and games for the children. The dances they do at the pool was just wonderful. Great place to relax and enjoy. The beach nearby is nice too. Highly recommend all inclusive unless you are on a diet as there is nice food throuhout the day aplenty. Apart from the main meals they cook fresh hotdogs and donuts at SNACKBAR,there is ice cream on stand by and fruit and cakes that were amazing. The reception staff was very very nice, friendly and helpful.

  ONE DIFFERENT PLACE

  wonderful and different place. Different from the other hotels I have stayed in. Great organization, responsive staff. This is definitely the place I will return to every next year. One of the few places that allow pets. Huge bravo!

  Great potential mediocre execution for that price

  (For non-party visitors great place) If you dont care about details and premium level accommodation or the price this is a great place to be or enjoy for sure. Location: 5/5 (complex in the middle of the forest) - great for sleeping, fresh nights, you can run if you want. City is not more than 5 min by car for anything else you might need or want. Price: 2/5 (besides location and the pool everything else has a lot to provide and improve for the price they are officially charging) Internet: 0.5/5 - almost non existing - (mostly not able to connect or when possible it doesnt work 95% of the time). Maybe for messaging it may work after 11pm but thats it. COVID-19 measures: 2/5 (most are just a formality for both staff and guest) especially around masks under the beard or no masks at all especially near you, touching things and than dishes, etc. Room cleaning (I can only talk about our studio in green complex): 3/5 (corners, edges, with a lot of dust, some spiders or spider webs and dust and grease for anything above eye level or anything that is not easily visible or used unless you touch it: upper shelves, small windows and frames, Staff: 3.5/5 pleasant, calm, normal - but it would be great if they had more 3-4 star hotel education or at least proper onboarding when brining young or inexperienced additional stuff to help out. Restaurant: 2.5/5 - OK (its nice location but selection is limited and in peak times no available tables or too crowded in front of the food service which is kind of small for full restaurant especially during COVID-19 times) Pool: 4.5/5 ( very good with and spacious enough for you to refresh yourself or the kid; excellent position of some sunbeds in shade below the trees around the pool - see the picture) Beach : 4.5/5 (big enough, with free sun beds; in peak times there may be problems with available sunbeds; sea is clean and great and occasionally with waves but not bad - depends what you like). Lifeguards are a bit overprotective and dont allow you to swim far from the shoreline if even small waves are present :). Better safe than sorry :)
