  Best Position on the Gold Coast

  We stayed recently at Deville Apartments for the first time. It was brilliant the lovely two ladies on reception were so happy and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was close to the beach and Life Saving club for meals. We never used our car once as we could walk everywhere. Highly recommend this for a couple or family. But we know now to book well in advance as we could not get a three bedroom for the time we wanted and would have preferred to be higher up in the building so to see the view above the pine trees. The unit was spotless and very modern with plenty of glassware. In addition this apartment has been the only one that we have ever stayed in that has all the Foxtel channels which was very appreciated for our grandchildren. We look forward to our next stay.

  Wide room and beautiful view

  Four days stay, my family was very happy to get a great view of ocean. Even though not a new apartment, everything was good to stay. The reception of apartment works from 09:00 to 18:00, so if you want to request something, you should ask them during that time. The ladies on reception are very kind. If you want to go to Surfers Paradise, it is better to get on the bus. From the information, it takes only 25 minutes by walk, actually it took 1 hour for my famiry. I was very happy to get a good place just beside the beach.

  Great Location

  Great Location. Very handy to all transport. Clean & tidy. Just be mindful that these are self contained & you need to take spares (like toilet paper), don't get caught out like we did. Other than that a very lovely stay & very helpful, friendly staff. Would definitely go back.

  A beautiful place to stay away from the noise and hustle of Surfers

  De Ville is an apartment building ideally located at the north end of Main Beach. You are directly across the road from the beach, and the swimming flags opposite the surf lifesaving clubhouse. The apartment we stayed in on the eleventh floor was refurbished and luxurious. Notably it was very spacious. Three large bedrooms, huge lounge and entertaining area and very nice kitchen with all the equipment needed. The unit had terrific air conditioning, which we could have managed without if we werent such AC-nuts. Beautiful wrap around balcony giving views through the sliding floor to ceiling windows over the marina area, the beach running north towards Sea World, and the inland areas - a full 270 degree outlook. Our apartment was serviced half way through out ten day stay. We had one undercover car park and were given two sets of keys and electronic security tags, for the lifts Downstairs there is a large swimming pool, with heated spa (although I was told the water isnt very warm once the air bubbles are running) and there is a tennis court for guest to book and use. Reception is manned during business hours and they are friendly and helpful. You are 5 min drive or 40 min walk to Surfers, but without the noise, crowds, traffic and riffraff. Local strip, Tedder Ave has great coffee shops, and is a short walk. Pros: right across the road from the beach and opposite the flags - a two minute walk. Bright clean airy apartment with amazing views Cons - really nothing I can think of It could be considered pricey, but for a classy 3 bedroom apartment, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend.

  a lovely appartment very spacious and clean. not new but everything worked. tv ordered fox tv with no charge and free wi fi. pool was lovely clean and gardens around it were lovely. beach is just across road and life guards in posts along beach. although not in town it's very quiet. marine mall walking distance for fish and chips, pub and restaurants.
