  Zero Connection

  If you're here for business and need a wireless connection, you should look elsewhere. Can't get any wireless connection in the hotel. Very disappointing. The room is adequate and the bathroom is clean, but the lack of wireless is a problem.

  Good hotel

  We stayed in this hotel Feb 2017, the hotel was newly renovated. Nice deco and good quality service. Good location also, the hotel is in the heat of the Annecy old city, it is only a few meters from Annecy lake.

  have been here several times before. Very friendly consierge, roooms are spaceous and wit hflatscreen TV wit ha huge variety of channels also german ZDF, RTL etc. breakfast is basic as usual in France, sweets, coissants, brad rools, müsli, coffee, tea, milk, boiled eggs, bacon etc. prices are reasonable 78 /night incl. breakfast as company rate. within 5 minutes you reach the lake and same time to the old part of town with restaurants. Very convenient location.

  Clean, but poor in service

  It was my 3rd time in this hotel and it seems that over the years it's got better. Rooms have been remodeled, bathrooms are clean. But the internet is either slow or non-existent, and the biggest flow is the breakfast, which lacks pretty much everything, especially if you're gluten and or lactose intolerant. Nonetheless practical cause great location.

  Great location, clean, modern. Tiny rooms.

  I was spending 4 nights alone at Bonlieu. I booked a doubleroom because I usually think that the singlerooms are too tiny. The room I got, was very tiny. There was no place to open the suitecase. Luckily I was travelling alone, so I could block one side of the bed. But if we should have been two people living there, it woudnt be possible to reach the bed from the sides. You would have to crawl into bed from the end of the bed. There os a close there to unpack your suitecase. The bathroom has good size. The cleaniness is excellent and the brekfast is good.
