  Disgusting

  Don't do it, the food was bland barely edible, my room after being moved from original one (wouldnt keep a dog in that one ) was ok as was in new block, hopefully they have made some improvements, the staff were very unhelpful and stressed as dont think there was a happy customer in there

  Were do I even start.

  I would urge anyone who is booked to go here please for your health rebook some where else, my child who was 4 contracted a rare strand of ecoli that could have potentially killed him, the staff fighting, pool is and was indeed green with tiles falling off, the kitchen is actually disgusting, there is no and I mean absolutely NO sense of basic hygiene used ever, a hose washing down things does not count the staff were hurrendous following young women leering, we were supposed to go for 2 weeks we stayed for 6 days because of how ill my family where and when we got home they were rushed straight into hospital and no one cared when we were there, the first room we got late at night was cockroach infested and we moved to a different room which was slightly better, it was dangerous rusted metal sticking up, we couldn't even lock balcony doors because it looked to have been previously broken into, objects went missing out of our room and stolen. I have loads of things I could carry on saying and I'm currently suing for all it's worth the treatment was one of a prisoner of war it was that bad I was peterifed to take my children swimming. Please do go here it need bulldozing

  Absolutely horrible food was disgusting rooms were filthy and as for the pools holes in drainage which my mother slipped down on the first day. Staff were unhelpful and rude for example not even a hello and walking round casually spitting on the floor. One bonus the surrounding area was brilliant and will be coming back just not to club dena

  I wouldnt even give this hotel a rating, its beyond terrible... have complained and will continue to take it further... heres my reply from the hotel.... what an absolute joke... we ate out every single day, kids could not use the pool, electric and water cut off for 24 hours. There reply Food was great, pool cleaned every day, hotel cleaned to good standards, rooms 1x a day bedding changed every three days...... staff fighting... this hotel should not be open.... the rep would not help, infact his advise was if you get ill use our doctor here as its cheaper..

  Closed!!!!!

  This hotel is now closed. It has been taken over by a lovely family new name is Ventum Apart. They do not offer all inclusive but just B&B. We found this out by accident when we arrived on 05/07/2019 to book into our all inclusive holiday at Club Dena! Just waiting now to see where/if we are going to be put in another hotel for the remainder of our holiday. Ventum Apart staff have been great gave us rooms (we had to pay) but they could of turned us away at 4am. I would recommend Ventum Apart and rate the room, pool and staff 5*! My rating is for Ventum Apart not club dena.
