  Worst Maintained Resort Ever Seen..

  Complete Waste Of Time In The Resort..The Room's Are Very Dirty..No Properly Maintained..The Halls..The Lawns..Everything They Have As A Resort But They Just Don't Have Proper Maintenance To Handle The Property.. Zero Maintained Property..Never Ever Go If You Thing To Go A Resort...

  First.. trip advisor itself has misguided me saying that it is pet friendly resort and pets are allowed. But after going there resort guys did not allow my pet with us and we don't know what to do.. don't believe this stupid website and the property

  Beware-Do not waste money in this resort

  Poorly maintained property, with lack of hospitality. They would do everything for you to sign contract/booking. After booking you will find that you are in a mesh. You will not find even drinking water in the rooms. Staff will call you to make pending payments at dinner or lunch table as if you will vanish. No, courtesy at all. No business etiquettes, or professionalism. If you are here with family or loved ones, assuring that you will leave with only complaints and unpleasant experience. Functions, never even think about it. Sudhanshu, Subhash and Madhu were the ones we were exposed to. And we were called at the lunch table to make the payment, where my wife had to leave the lunch to clear payment. Unbelievable, we have stayed in 5 star hotels and resorts and this is not even worth 2 star. Big mistake opting for this property.

  Excellent food

  Visited this resort to make some advance booking. Made use of their restaurant to have lunch. Staff very cheerful and very courteous. Service was fast and food was delicious. Some minor lapse brought to the notice of the captain which was conveyed to the chef who immediately came to our table and expressed his regrets and promised to take care of it. Mr Srivas was very helpful with our reservations.
