Not as good as hoped
I was disappointed with this hotel. I booked inter connecting rooms for my family. I followed it up with a confirmation email and the hotel confirmed 2 inter connecting rooms. When we arrived they said we were lucky that they had managed to get us two rooms on the same floor. We kicked up a fuss as that was not what I had booked months previously. I found reception to be unaccommodating and rude as his response was, What do you want me to do - ask the other people to swap rooms? They were here before you. I was so disappointed but it was clear that it was accept these two rooms or be left with nothing. We went to our rooms and imagine my surprise when I found that none of the rooms are interconnecting and are in fact all stand-a-lone studio rooms. Why on earth had they accepted my booking and confirmed it? I could have gone elsewhere. Luckily my husband was with me so we could split the children between us. It left a really bad first impression and was not exactly the holiday I had imagined as I couldnt stay with my husband at night. The pros of this hotel are that reception speak English which helps when getting taxis as not many people do and they can sort it out for you. It is in a good location about a five to ten minute walk to the beach. The hotel seems clean and the pool area is lovely. The restaurants are all pretty expensive so we went to local ones at a fraction of the price. The hotel also seems to cater to a largely Russian population so everything is in Russian and Vietnamese- but that seems to be Nha Trang in general. Overall, a really bad start to our stay in Nha Trang and whilst I would recommend the hotel - be aware that your room is quite small, quite noisy (airlines use it for their staff so they are coming and going all day and night) and you will hear the noise from the road too.

Disappointing
We were so disappointed in the Ariyana that we checked out early and moved to a new hotel. Many of the staff seemed to have poor attitudes and were struggling with communication. My boyfriend and I both asked receptionists upon check-in if breakfast was included in our stay. Two different receptionists informed us that breakfast WAS included with our stay. In the morning, I went down to reception to make absolutely sure about breakfast, because we were renting a residential room. For the third time, a receptionist confirmed breakfast was included with my room (we told them our room number all 3 times). Alas, when I sat down with my breakfast plate, multiple staff members rushed over to me to tell me that my room did not, in fact, include breakfast. Despite explaining to the restaurant staff that 3 different receptionists had told me breakfast was included, they made me pay for my breakfast. It was embarrassing and frustrating. To boot, the breakfast buffet was pretty gross. Later in the day, a hotel manager found me at the pool to apologize for her staff and to refund my breakfast money because of their miscommunication. That is what earned them an extra point on this review. On top of the breakfast fiasco, the hotel was extremely crowded, so much so that there were lines just to get in the elevators. The pool was overcrowded with loud children and adults. Positives: the room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a decent location (but not on the beach). I would not stay at the Ariyana again.

Pretty good
In a good neighborhood, located between the Sheraton and Intercontinental, only 5 mins walk to the beach. This hotel boasts mini condominiums rather than rooms. Although why have a fitted kitchen without plates, cutlery, pots and pans? But who wants to cook on vacation anyway. Modern, clean, nice pool, good choice of restaurants, but if you want to book a tour you'll find most of the information here is Russian.

Nice stay
It was very nice staying for me. They had good location, cleanness and hospitality. Ms.Diem, Thanh and Chi who are receptionist were very friendly and kind. They made me feel good. Thank you and see you next.

Nice accommodation
The Property's location was really convenient, in the city center, easy access to the beach, and surrounding by many amenities. The room was modern and spacious, it came with a partial kitchenette. The swimming pool was big and clean.
