  Very nice place

  We found this place last minute and stood two nights during long weekend. Well worth it. Unit 2 was so clean and comfy. Room is so good for romantic couple. Breakfast basket was great. Since its next to the highway the noise is annoying. But I think doors are well sealed so you cant hear from inside house. Close to Warburton town and very close to Blue Lotus Water Garden. Recommend anyone to try this place and make sure hire their bike and try the cycling trail, so beautiful.

  The perfect place to escape

  This is our second stay at 3 Kings and it lived up to our expectations once again. This time around out host Brian organised in room massages and a wine tour through Wild Wombat Winery Tours and these were fantastic additions to our stay and all the better for not even having to think about them myself. The breakfast hamper is divine and the suite is just as lovely as it was a number of years ago. This won't be our last visit!

  Excellent- will go back.

  This place is awesome. Immaculate cabins that are so far beyond what you would expect for a normal bed and breakfast. Really luxurious. Views to the mountains are gorgeous and the owners were so welcoming and helpful. Cater for dietary requirements with no fuss. Only negative was some traffic noise during the day when sitting on the huge verandah. Only negative! It drops off At night though and you cant hear it from within the cabin. Location to town is perfect.

  Hidden Gem!

  My partner and I went on a random road trip and stumbled upon this destination. And we were blown away!! We only booked 3hrs before getting there. When we got there everything was set up for us; the heater was on, our breakfast in the fridge for us to cook the next day with light music on in the background. Amazing room, with a fantastic view and very easy to get to. Would highly rate this place. We will be re visit again one day. Thankyou Brian and Julie for your hospitality

  Fabulous accommodation

  We stayed here at the end of a road trip through regional Victoria and it was a brilliant way to end our trip. The owners of this place have thought of everything and it shows in every way. From the fixtures and furnishings to the beautiful breakfast hamper and the magnificent locally produced wines available in the wine fridge, all the boxes have been ticked. It is close to places like the Healesville Sanctuary and some fabulous wineries and just a short drive from Melbourne so ideal for a quick weekend getaway. We will be back to stay here for sure.
